KET Systems is looking for professionals with the following skill sets:

Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Learn our legacy code base which is in .Net, Pega and C#.
  • Define Enterprise Frameworks for reusing.
  • Analyse user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Become an expert in the Office 365 developer platform and then help to take our existing software to the cloud.
  • Participate in the design of new or changing programs
  • Work closely with the team to assist in developing product road-maps, give early feedback, collaborate on demos and leverage their help with what you build.

Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
  • BS or MS degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proven skills in product implementation.
  • Strong C# hands-on coding skills.
  • Strong Pega PRPC Experience.
  • SQL DB design, querying, Strong debugging, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record of shipping major projects – large scale services desired.
  • Experience with agile-based iterative development and knowledge of SLDC best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Software Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive, scalable solutions that leverage best practices.
  • Promote & Develop relevant and emerging technologies that enhance our platform capabilities.
  • Partner with software architects and other developers to define application and database architecture.
  • Perform peer code reviews, unit, regression, and system testing.
  • Facilitate timely issue resolution by working with business customers and multiple team members in different locations
  • Application and Platform Monitoring, Instrumentation and Reporting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with HTML (Responsive / Mobile), CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery and Web API (SOAP / MQ).
  • Experience with (or working knowledge of) front-end and structural frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Experience in Agile Development Methods.

Web Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, develop and maintain visually-pleasing, content rich user interfaces for distributed web based systems.
  • Team player collaborating with the product team on features and improvements.
  • Enhance product robustness, performance and scalability.
  • Understand and develop mobile friendly apps.
  • Work with high level requirements and use iterative development with short build and feedback cycles.
  • Add value by being current with all new software, plugins and frameworks.
  • Provide architectural solutions and design suggestions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and become team expert on those.

Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in JavaScript HTML/CSS and any other related client side technologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in server side technologies like Java, PHP, Ruby, or Python.
  • Strong background in graph theory, layout algorithms.
  • Must have kept up to date with new and evolving web standards like HTML5. Having programming experience with newer HTML5 standards is highly desirable

Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, maintains, and supports clinical and/or bioinformatics applications and their respective databases.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively work with people in the team, other IT departments and/or outside of the enterprise
  • Ability to design moderate to highly complex technical solutions.
  • Systems Integration using Boomi, DBAmp, SSIS.
  • Contributes to decisions on administrative policies, procedures, product evaluations and capacity planning

Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing object-oriented applications, experience with .NET framework and exposure to MVC, MVP, MVVM design patterns is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience with system integration.
  • Strong SQL skills a must (T-SQL preferred) – including writing stored procedures, triggers.
  • Knowledge of HTML, HTML 5, Java Scripts, jQuery, XML.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives..
  • Identify and work through ambiguities, then write and update relevant artifacts such as requirements (business, stakeholder, solution, transition), solutions architecture, activity/workflow diagrams, use cases and data dictionaries.
  • Participate in requirements gathering specification sessions for corporate IT business projects. Identify deliverable assets and content, and ensure that business/stakeholders provide correct and accurate information in a timely fashion. Identify standard or reusable requirements on a stakeholder or department level.
  • Represent business/stakeholder interests by understanding and driving business needs and desires to implementation.
  • Collect, evaluate and compress data and information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts and differentiate between actual and required user needs.
  • Understand business process management and business requirements of the customers and trace them to specific software requirements.
  • Act as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external parties, as needed, and ensure all parties are informed and kept current on all projects.
  • Work through product iterations with development team and remediate logical or technical ambiguities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements:

  • 4-6 years’ experience as Business Analyst, preferably with financial systems experience. Experience working with Commercial and Personal Lending products is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, from initial business requirements to application sunset.
  • Experience working with disruptive technology (SAP, Pega, SalesForce)
  • Solid background in technical documentation writing and editing.
  • Experience working with diagramming tools and with UML.
  • Experience working with mobile applications (for phones, tablets and phablets).
